IRON MAIDEN: New 'Live In The Studio' Recordings To Air On BBC Next Week

IRON MAIDEN have recorded "live-in-the-studio" renditions of the songs "Run to the Hills", "The Trooper" and "Hallowed be thy Name" at Maida Vale Studios in London on September 2 for broadcast during the BBC "Legends" show (web site) dedicated to MAIDEN. The program is scheduled to air on Tuesday, September 13 between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m.

As previously reported, IRON MAIDEN's double live album, "Death on the Road", entered the U.K. album chart at position No. 22. The album also landed at No. 6 in Finland and No. 27 in Ireland.

"Death on the Road" is a live album recorded in Dortmund, Germany during IRON MAIDEN's 2003 "Dance Of Death" world tour.
